You are advised to do some background checks on the tournament before taking any actions on the registration process. Requirements: A valid email address, Official club name, Official logo.
Logo specifications: square image of at least 500px width. jpeg, png or webp formats. White background or transparent background.
Process: Visit the registration page, fill in all the required details, verify your official email address and upload your club or academy’s logo.
Requirements: Team name or Nickname.
Process: Click the add team button in the navigation menu, fill in the details on the new team and click save. Adding a team does not secure a slot for the tournament. Unless you secure the slot, your team is not eligible for participation in the tournament.
Requirements: A registered team and Booking fee of $20 (Read about the booking fee in our payment policy).
Process: Click on the Teams link. On the team that you want to book a slot for, select book slot. You will then select your payment method then follow the instructions on making the payment. After you have made the payment, your team will now have a “Registered” status.
Requirements: A coloured pdf copy of each player’s birth certificate.
Process: Click the “Add player” link, you will be directed to a new page. Fill in the details and upload the copy of the player’s birth certificate then click save player.
This can be done later but not later than 1st of November 2023. All teams will need to clear their balance before the specified date.
Process: Click on the team you want to clear the balance for then select “Clear balance”. Select your preferred payment method and make the payment.
