Clubs are given the chance to sign up for 2023 tournament. This process involves addition of all teams that will particiapate in the tournament. All players and editing of that data when necessary.

Registration of all clubs, teams and players come to an end at 12:00 am. This will mark the begining of the first round of vetting by the organizing committee.

Coaches and team managers will be given an introduction on the social facilities, team bivuacs and digital resources available. From 02:00pm, a second round of vetting will be done openly and issuance of player trackers. Clubs will have this chance to raise issues that need urgent addressing.

05:31 pm - 06:00 pm: First day debrief.
